How to Install and Use the Lockdown Template Kit
This is a template kit, not a full WordPress theme. Install it using the Envato Elements plugin or directly through Elementor.
Steps to install:

Download the kit file from Envato and do not unzip it. If you’re using Safari, disable the “Open safe files after downloading” option.

Go to Settings > Permalinks and choose “Post Name”.

Install and activate the Hello Elementor theme from Appearance > Themes.

Make sure Elementor and Envato Elements plugins are installed and updated.

Go to Elements > Installed Kits and upload your template kit zip file.

Install the required plugins when prompted.

Import the Global Kit Styles first to apply global settings.

Import individual templates in the order provided.
How to Create Pages

Go to Pages > Add New and select Edit with Elementor.

In the page settings (gear icon), choose “Elementor Full Width” and hide the page title.

Click the folder icon to open the template library.

Select the template you want and import it.

To set the homepage, go to Settings > Reading and set a static front page.
If you’re using Elementor Pro, header and footer templates can be edited via Templates > Theme Builder.
MetForm Integration Instructions

Import the MetForm block templates.

Import the page where the form will be used, then open the Navigator.

Select the MetForm widget and click Edit Form. Choose “New” then click “Edit Form”.

In the form builder, open My Templates and insert the imported MetForm template.

Customize the form as needed and click Update & Close.

Update the main template to apply changes.
